1.) Members–-If you are online and an event is being held, your attendance IS EXPECTED.
Sacks–-If you are online and an event is being held, your attendance IS MANDATORY.
****Refusing to attend can lead to demotion from sack to pearl or being kicked for pearl members.

2.) SACKS ONLY– UNEQUIPING pearl after causing havoc in the shell is an ABSOLUTE NO-NO. We have sacks that hold the bank and they are responsible adults that are trusted to act as such. Not be little weasels who think they are punishing the rest of us with dropping pearl on a whim. We are here to have fun, not be drama queens.
****This can result in being kicked.

3.) The shell comes before ANY individual. NO ONE NEEDS ANYTHING. Everyone may want to have something and that is ok. We run events based on obtaining the highest numbers of items first. Everyone will need to wait their turn for their items. That being said if you feel distribution is not being handled fairly, please contact Mickielle.

4.) THIS IS NOT THE SHELL FOR EGOS!! We are here to have fun and not to equip members so they have more than everyone else. If you are looking for that, there are more shells out there and I wish you luck. Ask me and I can give you a good one full of EGOS!!!

5.) DRAMA DRAMA AND MORE DRAMA…. keep it out of the shell. If you have an issue with another shell mate, take it to tells or man up and use the phone.

6.) Members (sacks and pearls) will need to follow the direction of any sack deemed in charge of an event. No questions. If you have any issues with the way an event is ran, please see Mickielle after the run is over.

7.) If you are asked by a sack to stop doing something in the shell, please do not make that sack ask again. If you do not understand why, take it to tells.

8.) If we are in an event, please focus on event and not tells from other players. We depend on all players being focused on events. Trust me, we can tell when players do not have their heads in the game.

9.) If you have a friend that would like to join, they need to apply just as you did. You will need to let us know if a friend has applied, we may ask you for honest input.

10.) If I only played FFXI with people I liked, Pheonix would have a very small population. With that being said, we need to work together and not against each other. We are all here to have fun and advance our jobs so why make it more difficult. SO be part of the solution and not the problem! If something is not working, bring a possible solution to the table and don't just gripe about it.
